We have all seen those inspirational posters with the scenic background and motivational saying. Needless to say, we don’t have those in our office because we think they are cheesy. However, the messages are often good and should not be made fun of.
Turnkey IT believes that its employees should be happy. There should be a balance between professional and personal life.

The company’s mission statement is to deliver “turnkey technology solutions while providing world class service and support so that its customers can focus on their business.” We mean it.

The company values relationships – customers, employees, friends and family (not exactly in that order). People who work at TURNkey are given ample time off to ensure they remain refreshed. At TURNkey you have the opportunity to have a well-rounded and full professional life. Our philosophy is always to find a person’s natural (God given) talents and use them. It serves to reason that if you do what you like work becomes less like work and productivity soars. We also believe in the golden rule – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

As Kanye West would say, “I still think I am the greatest.” So do we. Seriously, you have to take pride in what you do but have a slightly more humble existence. You have to be proud of what you do and we are…

We have a great working atmosphere, have high expectations for our employees, provide great benefits, have an excellent working environment, have a great reputation and provide intensive training that translates to good pay. Not everyone starts out where they want to be in life. In fact, rarely do you get what you ask for. However, we are always looking for people who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves. We have a melting pot of people at TURNkey and expect big things from ourselves. If you think you fit the bill and can lose the pocket protector for a pair of cool shades, look no further. Send us your resume with a well written cover letter and your salary expectations. If you make a good impression, you just might be the next best part of the team. You never know until you try and we certainly don’t take ourselves too seriously. Go ahead and contact us. You just might be the person we are looking for.

And as we say around here, “you only miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take.”

Tier 1 Technician (Call Center)
Whether you have a ton of experience or not, this is where everyone starts. This position is designed so that individuals can be indoctrinated into the culture and processes that are critical to TURNkey’s success. Here people learn to do things in a manner that is not highly micro managed but we expect you learn quickly. We have found that some people like the call center and some people don’t. However, it is a great place to start and the training given is good enough that we should actually charge for it.
Tier 2 Technician (Call Center)
You have to have a bit of experience for this role and have a great working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform.  If this is who you are, please send us your resume along with a snappy cover letter that speaks to your strengths and personality.
